1. What this is

EventSignals is a tool that helps professionals prepare for trade shows and events. It uses AI to help you figure out which companies are worth your time. This is a private beta. Features may change and access may be revoked.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

You need an account to use EventSignals. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. How the app uses your data

When you set a mission (for example, "I sell payment processing to online casinos"), EventSignals uses that to match you with relevant companies, generate fit assessments, and create briefings.

Your mission and the results generated from it are stored in your account so they are available when you come back. You can delete your mission and all associated results at any time.

4. AI-powered features

EventSignals uses third-party AI services to generate insights. Your mission text and publicly available company data are sent to these services for processing.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. They are meant to help you prepare, not replace your own judgment. You use AI-generated insights at your own risk.

5. Voice input

Some features let you speak instead of type. When you use voice input, your audio is sent to a third-party service for transcription. We do not store the audio recording. Only the transcribed text is kept.

6. Saved items

You can save companies, people, talks, notes, and scanned business cards. You can delete any saved item at any time and export your saved items as a file.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and professionally. Do not scrape or abuse the platform, interfere with its performance, or share your account with others. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual property

All software, designs, branding, and content within EventSignals are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. No guarantees

EventSignals is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for errors in data, AI-generated inaccuracies, or decisions you make based on the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
