• Activity data: which companies you have viewed, fit assessments, scouting results, and visit history
• Voice input: if you use the microphone feature, your audio is sent to a third-party service for transcription. We store only the transcribed text, not the audio recording.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• Match you with relevant companies at events
• Generate AI-powered fit assessments, briefings, and talking points
• Remember your preferences and saved items across sessions

4. What we send to AI providers

To generate insights, we send the following to third-party AI services:

• Your mission text (for example, "I sell payment processing to online casinos in Latin America")
• Publicly available company information
• Event context such as event name, industry, and location

We do not send your email address, account ID, or login credentials to AI providers.

Your mission text may include information you have chosen to share, such as your company name or role. Only include what you are comfortable with.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, or request full account deletion.

6. Third-party services

We use third-party services for authentication, AI processing, database hosting, and analytics. A full list of sub-processors is available on request by contacting contact@eventsignals.ai.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Delete any saved item from your account
• Export your saved items
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Ask us what data we hold about you
